Terms and Conditions

By Booking with Tropical Horizon Tours , you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. These terms may be updated periodically, and the latest version will be available on our website. All booking are subject to availability. To confirm your booking, a $35 non-refundable deposit is required.  The final payment is due 14 days before the tour departure. Payments can be made [                                              ] If you need to cancel your booking ,please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 15 days or more  before the tour departure may receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the tour. Changes to the tour date may be subject to availability and additional fees. Tropical Horizon Tours strives to provide the best possible experience but reserves the right to change the tour itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety, or operational issues. Tropical Horizon Tours  is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or delay during he tour. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have appropriate travel insurance. Travelers are required to inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements prior to booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the traveler's health may impact their safety or the safety of others. We expect all participants to act respectfully during tours. We reserve the right to remove any individual from the tour  if their behavior is disruptive or unsafe, with no refund. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
